Miss Lilly Lou is a walker! While she is not running marathons yet (neither are her parents!), she is confidently able to go from sitting to standing without holding onto anything, and then take a number of steps. And she's instigating it herself, and is able to easily walk from one thing to another. A minute ago, she was walking by (pushing her walker) and then let go and walked across half a room to the bed that I'm typing this on. She is a great little walker.
(Jon just jumped in to add: "She's the *cutest* little walker too!")
Here is a 3 second video of Lilly doing her Drunken Sailor Walk from about a week ago. She was trying out her new move, "The U-Turn." She's improved with her steadiness since then - I'll try to get a better video up soon.
(I'd like to formally apologize for her wearing just a plain white onesie and no pants. It's what happens when daddy's in charge.)

Go, Lilly, go! I love the walking footage. Let's see some more. And the u-turn is pretty great also. If she were in NJ, she'd have to learn that to make a left, you actually have to make a right. I'll explain it to her when she gets older. I'm still trying to figure it out myself. Love to you all.
